Does Jelqing make your Penis longer?

I've been jelqing for more than 6 months. This is what I have learned.

I’ve experimented with different jelqing techniques and schedules over the past 6 months or so and I thought I would share what I have discovered. Of course, this is what works for me. It may not work for you.

I pretty much just jelq. I do some light stretching on and off but my main focus is jelqing.

I use an overhand alternating sitting down 2-3 second stroke.

Basically what I have discovered is that erect jelqing not only is dangerous, but completely ineffective.

I erect jelqed for two months and saw a decrease in length of .25 inch. My width was reduced by .50 inch. This was after recovery from three day impotence after I gave up erect jelqing as an “advanced” technique. Of course, we all know erect jelqing is dangerous. You could burst a vein. I think however it is unlikely you will burst a vein. In my experience, the real danger is loss of dick.

The worse advice you will ever hear is to erect jelq as an advanced technique. You know, to make your dick bigger means that it must be bigger when jelqing is the only way it will get bigger in reality. You know, dont do this as a beginner. This is false bullshit. Never do it!

Be very careful with those touting erect jelqing as some advanced technique - it is for advanced idiots.

It does not work if you study it. I have spoken with others and the results are the same.

Do a ten minute routine (tell that to an erect jelqer - lol - they need an hour routine to combat the dick shrink) and see where your measurements go.

What I have learned is split or on and off days routines work best. You need rest days. It makes sense to jelq and rest. Or use very light daily schedules.

I’m using a a light 5 day a week 10 minute jelq routine and I have gained over an inch in length and .75 in width in just one month
of correct jelqing. I alternate this with a day on and day off schedule. Some of this gain is probably cumulative but most of it is through adherence to these basic principles:

1) Less is more. 10 minutes is more than enough jelqing time to stimulate growth.

2) Rest days are more important than jelqing days. You must rest. If not every other day than do a light schedule and take the weekend off.

3) Do not jelq erect or even close to it. 50 -70% is perfect. You need blood to force around in your dick. An erect dick stresses it too much and will need a very long recovery period. A recovery from damage and destruction and atrophy. Not growth.

Yes, it will look big when you do it - but you will lose and lose big in the end.

Avoid erect jelq suggestion posts like the plague!

4) Start your jelq from total flaccidness and let it build.

10 minutes per day 5 days a week is great.

20 minutes every other day is very good too.

Remember, it is better to rest too much than to rest too little.

One guarantees recovery and growth and the other is wasting time.

I also have a membership with SeniorFriendFinder and every Friday we have a new subject to photograph and today it is BLUE! So here is my selection of blue subjects. I probably chose too many blues but I do have a large collection so here they are!

1 Yellow blossoms from a Golden Trumpet Tree (Tabeuia Tropical) that blooms in March and April here in Fort Lauderdale, the yellow makes the blue really stand out!

2 This is me at Jazz Fest at Riverwalk with a very blue shirt!

3 4 5 and 6 is my very blue bathroom!

6 Is a plane leaving a vapor trail.

7 8 and 9 are pictures of Kite Boarding in the Blue Ocean!

I just learned yesterday on FB of Gentleben's passing and I am so sorry, may he rest in peace! He is the one who started Foto Friday and would choose the subject and comment on how many blogs were posted. I hope somebody would continue with it!

A fish Hawk or Osprey

This afternoon I spotted an osprey way up an Australian Pine with a fish in his claws, across the river from my dock! I got my camera out and tripod to take telephoto pictures of it but my battery was too low so had to charge the battery real fast! So I was lucky to get these shots!

The common names of birds in various parts of the world often use hawk in the second sense. For example, the Osprey or "fish hawk"; or, in North America, the various Buteo species (e.g., the Red-tailed Hawk, B. jamaicensis).

The Osprey (Pandion haliaetus), sometimes known as the sea hawk or fish eagle, is a diurnal, fish-eating bird of prey. It is a large raptor, reaching more than 60 cm (24 in) in length and 180 cm (71 in) across the wings. It is brown on the upperparts and predominantly greyish on the head and underparts, with a black eye patch and wings.

The Osprey tolerates a wide variety of habitats, nesting in any location near a body of water providing an adequate food supply. It is found on all continents except Antarctica although in South America it occurs only as a non-breeding migrant.

As its other common name suggests, the Osprey's diet consists almost exclusively of fish. It has evolved specialised physical characteristics and exhibits unique behaviour to assist in hunting and catching prey. As a result of these unique characteristics, it has been given its own taxonomic genus, Pandion and family, Pandionidae. Four subspecies are usually recognised. Despite its propensity to nest near water, the Osprey is not a sea-eagle.

In February 2005, the Canadian ornithologist Louis Lefebvre announced a method of measuring avian "IQ" in terms of their innovation in feeding habits.[1] Hawks were named among the most intelligent birds based on his scale. Hawks are widely reputed to have visual acuity several times that of a normal human being. This is due to the many photoreceptors in the retina (up to 1,000,000 per square mm for Buteo, against 200,000 for humans), an exceptional number of nerves connecting these receptors to the brain, and an indented fovea, which magnifies the central portion of the visual field.[2][3]

Donating Blood

I went to donate blood for the first time! They asked me all kind of questions like did I have sex with a prositute? Did I have tatoos? etc They took a sample of my blood to see if I had enough iron and to determine my blood type which is A. My girl friend missed by 2 points so she could not donate her blood, I bought her some iron tablets and we have to wait 2 days and eat food that is rich in iron. They will notify me if my blood is infected by HIV or VD which is handy! I am allowed to donate every 2 months, it good way to check for HIV and get an extra $15.00 They paid me in 1 dollar bills! It was not bad you lie in a comfortabe reclining chair and it takes about 20 min, while you pump a ball! The faster you pump the faster the blood flows out of you.

How do like this Tatoo? You can donate blood and have a tatoo as I saw several men the the blood bank and they had a tatoo! Have you ever donated blood? If so how much did you get paid and what is your blood type?

My boat had steering problems so my dive buddy, Ray who lives at River Reach is taking care of a Cat with 2 Yamahas while the owner is up North, so we used for diving for lobsters during Mini- Lobster Season! It was a rough day with waves coming over the bow while anchoring, I got soaking wet, but we got there early before anyone got to my favorite reef, Hume's Head. The water was murky but we managed to get 15 lobster!

I almost did not want to participate if foto friday today as in Florida we do not have clear seasons, but then I remember there is a tree that blooms in spring, for the month of March and has beautiful yellow blossoms, I could not remember the name and went on line for a half hour and finally found a picture of it. It is called Golden Trumpet Tree, Tabebuia Tropical. This tree produces yellow blossoms of yellow duing a short period in spring time, this blossoming tree prefers sun and requires little maintenance, frost can damage or kill this evergreen tree. Southern Florida provides the necessary warmth required by this specimen. I can purchase 20 seeds for $2.98 on Ebay, should I attempt to grow them on my property?

We went Scuba Diving Yesterday!!

I went diving with Bryan yesterday and we got separated. he says I went too fast for him. We anchored my boat in the wrong place and I could not figure out where we were so went back to the boat and waited for him. I saw a gray object floating by so put on my fins and mask and swam to it and it turned out to be a huge ...grouper!There was a strong south running current, I swam back to the boat towing him, tied a rope through his jaws and gills and tied him to the boat. Bryan finally came back (he speared a hog fish and he could not get a lobster out it's hole)and told me where Hume's Head was I went back and went to our different heads but no lobster till I came to the round cement and there were 3 lobsters under there, the first lobster got a way from me and went scooting north but I think he was too small, I teased the other two with my tickle stick into my net, measured them and they were legal. Boat ran great and the exercise was good for me!

Ray I went diving on my boat the Nauti Guppy, it was a beautiful day and the ocean calm. We did better today then last week! We got a huge lobster on Ray's Head, weighed in at 3 lbs! I tickled him out into Ray's lobster net. I got one in Hume's Head the other one was too small, Ray got 2 barely legal! The water was very cold, visibility average. Boat ran fine but the outdrive is not working so left it just before the bridge to my home, I will get it later when the tide comes in.

My buddy and I went scuba diving yesterday, there were 7 lobsters under my favorite spot I call Hume's Head but only one was legal, then I caught a bigger one under a rock near by. We went to 8 of our regular spots and not one lobster did we see.!The water was really cold about 69 degrees and my dive buddy Ray decided to quit and got on my boat, while I still had 1000 pounds of air left so went looking further and saw a nice Hog Fish but as I was taking off my tickle stick and lobster net of my spear gun, it disappeared! They can change their colors to match the marine background. I don't know where the lobster have gone, maybe further South or deeper?

This photo was take after an earlier Dive!
