ARE YA GOOD IN BED??

i found this roaming on the net somewhere and i figured it would be just a laugh and a half to see just how the lovely bloggers measured up to the bedroom test.

*fine print: play at own risk, this activity isnt designed to make you believe you are good or bad in bed it is simply here to remind you just how much you have gotten accomplished*

Now for the rules:Start at 50 and add or substract points as stated for each
statement that applies to you...

Above 50 means you are not so good in bed..and not so fun...not so daring....not so spontaneous!

Below 50 means you are real fun and damn good in bed .

HAVE FUN!!

-Add 10 if you are a virgin.

-Subtract 5 if You have had sex before.

-Subtract 5 more if you have had sex with more then 5 people.

-Add 5 If you have never had oral sex.

-Subtract 5 if you have had or performed oral sex.

-Subtract 2 if you have had sex in a public place.

-Subtract 3 if you have done 69.

-Add 5 If you have never had an orgasm.

-Add 5 If you cant name 3 types/brands of condoms.

-Subtract 2 if you have masturbated.

-Subtract 3 if you have fingered/ given a handjob to someone else.

-Subtract 5 if you have used someone for sex [one night stand].

-Add 5 if You have never seen someone of the opposite sex naked.

-Add 5 if you havent kissed more then 3 people [unrelated].

-Add 3 if you havent been kissed in the past month.

-Add 2 if you have never masturbated.

-Add 5 if you have never seen or watched porn.

-Subtract 5 if you have made your own porn.

-Subtract 3 if you have participated in anal sex.

-Subtract 2 if you have used lube duiring sex.

-Add 5 If you cant remember your last perverted thought.

-Subtract 5 if you have used sex toys.

-Subtract 3 if you have had a perverted thought in the past hour.

-Subtract 2 if you have kissed someone of the same sex.

<< pic is granny and grandpa just after their 50th wedding anniversary!

today I had a passing thought about kissing...and the first time you kiss someone....

I remember it like having an out of body experience...his face was old and wrinkled...stiff but really warm. I think I was wrapped in his love and gentleness...I was about 2 when I recognized that my grandpa was the most awesome person anyone could ever meet.

boy did he love his little sunrise. I remember how good it felt to be in his arms or to play with his long silver side burns...or how scruffy his face felt before granny shaved him in the mornings. I remember that I always wanted to be close to him and hug him and kiss him all the time. it was great.

maybe a week before he died I went to visit him in the hospital. I made him a card a get well card and inside I drew a picture of us fishing out on the lake. he was so happy and so proud that I wanted to go fishing with him. He told me that no matter what happens I would always feel him in my heart. if I carried that love and shared that love that I would never be unhappy. I knew grandpa was sick and grandma explained to me that he was dying. she told me I had to be strong and not worry about why I wouldn’t see him no more. every day from then on til he died I went to see him. every day i kissed him and felt a connection run deep. from as far back as i can remember I don’t recall ever getting a kiss from grandpa…I always kissed him.

The day he died he told me how incredible and smart I was. He told me how he watched me grow and get so strong. Before I had to leave he wanted a hug and he kissed me. At first it was startling but it lit my heart on fire. I knew that he loved me. I knew that he cared. It was the simplest of kisses right in the middle of my forehead. Soft but firm and full of love! It made me feel so loved. So cherished. Wow…still thinking about it today brings a tear…of remembrance and happiness.

SO maybe I trailed a bit, my point of the post is to evaluate all the first kisses and see which ones stuck out the most….whether it was with a loved one….someone I wanted to love….a crush kiss….a random kiss….a planned kiss…. Tell me of a kiss to remember!!

i decided that its time to clean up my soul. by doing that i figure i would have to evaluate my goals, my perceptions, my affirmations, my values, and my world! here are a few that i try to follow:

I have a clear, detailed vision of exactly what I want to be, to do, and to have.

I am defining my desires in clear and compelling detail.

I am reconnecting with my personal passion everyday.

I organize all of my activities around my definite major purpose in life.

My definite major purpose is the compass I use to guide all of my actions.

I set aside quiet time for myself everyday to review my definite major purpose in life.

I am now following my joy.

I organize my life and resources so that I do only what I love to do.

I am organizing my career and businesses around doing the activities I love to do.

from bill marshall power of affirmations

what can you share with me to help me clean up my soul? what life lessons can you offer? how many affirmations do you have? do you use motivational tools to help through the rough spots?

a message of love

I decided that i had to share this. this morning i was talking to a friend about the concept of love. with such power and such meaning love can be expressed many ways. a while ago i posted a few things from the living values education book....they went over well. Today i speak of love. today i make a claim that love can be shared and spread through kindness and giving. Today i bring a message of love.

Love is the principle which creates and sustains human relations with dignity and depth. Spiritual love takes one into silence, and that silence has the power to unite, guide, and free people. Love is the bedrock for the belief in equality of spirit and personhood. When love is combined with faith, that creates a strong foundation for initiative and action. Love is the catalyst for change, development, and achievement.

Love is not simply a desire, a passion, an intense feeling for one person or object, but a consciousness which is simultaneously selfless and self-fulfilling. Real love ensures kindness, caring, and understanding and removes jealous and controlling behaviour.

Avoid negative sources, people, places, things and habits.

Believe in yourself, because thats all that counts.

Consider things from every angle.

Don't give up, and don't give in.

Enjoy life today; yesterday is gone, and tomorrow
may never come.

Family and friends are hidden treasures. Seek them
out and enjoy their riches.

Give more than you planned to give.

Hang on to your dreams.

Ignore those who try to discourage you.

Make it happen. make the most of your time and your efforts will be rewarded.

Never lie, cheat or steal. Always strike a fair deal.

Open your eyes, and see things as they really are.

Practice makes perfect.

Quitters never win, and winners never quit.

Read, study and learn about everything important in your life.

Stop procrastinating.

Take control of your own destiny.

Understand yourself in order to better understand others.

Visualize it.

A cloud does not know why it moves in just such a direction and at just such a speed. It feels an impulsion...this is the place to go now. but the sky knows the reasons and you will too, when you lift yourself high enough to see beyond horizons.

What it means to you
Your actions are as effective as you want them to be. When there's a real and meaningful purpose behind what you do, that's when you'll do your best.
If you find yourself getting nowhere, take a look at why you're doing what you're doing. If the level of commitment is weak, the level of achievement will be weak, too.

You unquestionably have the potential for greatness. To realize that potential, make sure there's a strong connection between your purpose and your actions.

When you have a compelling reason why, not only will you be able to figure out how to make it happen. You'll also find within yourself the drive, the commitment and the persistence to see it through.

Whatever truly means something to you is what you will give the best of yourself to. And there is no greater beauty than when that happens.

Put those things you truly care about into action. And your actions will surely bring magnificent results.

It only takes a moment to be renewed and refreshed. In one small, exquisite moment you can reconnect with the best of life.
A touch, a scent, a pleasant and gentle sound can start the ball rolling. Or it could be nothing more than an affirmative thought.

In an instant, all your worries can melt away. The awesome positive power of life can fill your awareness to the very core.

No matter what happens or fails to happen, there is no sense in being anxious about it. Instead, look around you, take in the real and present beauty of what is.

What is now, is more than enough. What is now, can surely transform your life into anything you can imagine.

Look for that energy, for that spark, for that special something in this moment, for it is surely here. Make it into something great.

The Four Agreements - Ideas to Live By:

Be Impeccable With Your Word
Don't Take Anything Personally
Don't Make Assumptions
Always Do Your Best

now i found this lurking in the web somewhere and it got me thinking what code of ethics do i really live by? what morals and standards do i display? what ideas are out there that would help me be in a better peace?

care to share your rules or ideas? what are some lessons that are branded in your soul?

A book review by: Dennis Ehren

The Four Agreements(by don Miguel Ruiz) has been on the New York Times Best Seller list for over four years, and for good reason. According to Miguel Ruiz, everything we do in life is based on agreements that we have made ‒ agreements with ourselves, other people, with God, with life and, most importantly, ourselves. These agreements define us; how we behave and respond to other people and situations. Many, if not most, of these agreements are disempowering and take away from our ability to enjoy life fully.

Ruiz proposes that there are only four agreements that we really need to have with ourselves to experience a happy and fulfilled life. By fully adopting these agreements as a way of life, we can eliminate a great deal of stress that robs us of the happiness that we all truly desire. These agreements are: be impeccable with your word, don't take anything personally, assume nothing, and always do your best. They seem so simple, yet they are very powerful. As we adopt them into our lives, they will help us deal more constructively with the situations that challenge us.

The book is an effortless read, but it is powerful in its message, which you can refer to many times over as you use it to guide your way to your own personal freedom from stressful living.
