What hurts more?

Losing a lover that you have been with for a long time? or losing someone you considered your best friend?

Imagine losing both at once

 My lover of 14 years was my best friend. It just about killed me when we ended. It's always a hard blow to lose either one, but both at one time is truly rough.

 I feel for you Ann but i would say best friend you can always find a new lover who might be better a best friend involved in most cases yrs worth of trust and intimacy sometimes damned near whole life long! Again though you have footie to keep you company lol I wish you luck to mend your heart!!

 ann, i think to lose a best friend must be worse, that someone you can count on when you need a shoulder, to lose your lover probably will hurt for a while, but someone as lovely as you wont be without for long, unless your not looking of course. x
