responce time

still curious to know what the responce time is for questions...
and more....how long can it take to get orders fixed...already waiting 24 hours....
we live in a fast pace world...i can wire money to anywhere within minutes....and here??

too busy counting it?

 No idea to whom you send your e-mails or complaints, all i know is that if i have a question or problem i get mostly within 24hrs a response from the site support ...or they send it to the person who have try to solve it for me

 i have send many many emails.....just to the emailadress that they mentioned..
but still no responce....
as well as processing orders/or get points for several items....
and still strange you have to pay a point for every chat on IM....much less people on here last couple of years...at least less dutch people....
too bad other chatsites are mostly fake....
sometimes just fun having a naughty chat with a stranger

 My experience is that THE support on this site is limited. Every now And then questions are answered, Often I don't get Any reply or explanation. Quite strange, as we pay a lot of money for this site.
On the other hand, this site has REAL members. Of course, Some of them are fakers, but iT is possible to have Nice (Horny,,.) chats, And I arranged a lot of real encounters. Thus real sex!

i find it terrible that it takes that long to answer or to process orders...
I also suggested Ideal, paypal and more of sorts kinda instant payment options...
it helps their revenue's.....
they still have the option of "faxing" wtf is that about....
/what is a fax...lol....we live in the 21st century.....
but for now sadly...we have to accept and deal with it!

 Howdy howdy , If you go to the help page , and its kinda hard to get a straight answer , FOLLOW the instructions they give , otherwise they will have you going off on a completely different direction . Hit "CONTACT CUST.SERV. and email will cum up to send to them . Be very specific . And when you are though , it will try and lead you off the beaten trail . HIT send ...it will show answers that they think works ...Dont go there ..Scroll to the bottom and it will tell you to send it again .DO send it again. At which point it will take you back to the top of the page , where , 3rd times a charm , there is another send button SEND ,,,,And most of these sites say the same thing about 24 hour turnaround ..You just gotta wait or try again or fugetta bout it !!!!!!!! Peace
