i use THE mobile version, but when i switch to THE desktop NoStrings, ther is on the upper right a button help/contact. You cn use that for questions And complains. Of course, NoStrings tries to answer Your remarks with pre defined answers, but you dan choose to continue. Most of the time, I do get an answer, though iT Often takes quite Some time...

well oke, i've posted now several things in 3 days... but still no responce....used that button as well....as well as the email in "my account"...still nothing....ordered points on fridaymorning....also nothing yet... but can u believe.....we live in ideal/paypal/instant payment methods.... and they still use FAX........wtd is that about...... well, i;ll keep waiting lol.....almost any other "naughty"chatsite is fake so.....

being a member you might expect you got your moneys worth but sofar.... last couple of years i've seen less and less people on the site/ in the chatrooms/ on IM... i say improve the site dramatically and get more and more people......invest and revenues will go up!!!

Howdy dutch .... If you go to the main Blog page , in the upper RIGHT corner is a SUPPORT button .I just went and looked at it and it is a Blog itself , but run by Techs and folks who are there to take care of site problems . I just found that one today .It looks like you will be better off posting on their blog than trying the email route ...........Peace ........ Old creepy perv / aka Cumharder2016 / aka Scott
