When was the last time you updated your own profile? Hmm... about two weeks ago, maybe? Whenever I feel the need to do so; that said, depends on my mood. Like the music, dislike movies made about rock bands. That's just me. It's like peeking at your Christmas present before the 25th. of December. Cool and all but a let down when you think about it.
