She Sits Under the Stars...



She Sits Under the Stars...

The stars have seen her.
She comes each night
to sit under them
and reflect on her life.

She is thankful
for being allowed to have
the joy of being
who, and what she is.

She meditates...
and thinks of her family
and her family of friends.
She doesn't forget them...
no...
she knows they are a part
of who she is.
And she is a part of them.

Her love of life
is infectious...
her joy can be felt by all.
And in her darkest moments,
her friends hold her close.

You can see total love for all
in her eyes.
And her voice makes you proud
to call her friend.

She is the lady
that sits out each night,
and meditates
under the stars.
Not just for herself...
but for each one she knows...
for the wrongs that need to become right...
and for the love
she wishes for us all.
