What is going on? I had an email from good friend of mine fighting with NoStrings. The fight is so stupid I had to write a Blog about it, hoping that the What is going on? I had an email from good friend of mine fighting with NoStrings. The fight is so stupid I had to write a Blog about it, hoping that the people making this website would care a dime. But then, from their reaction, most likely they won’t give a cent worth of thoughts on what is going on here.
My friends are a couple that has been on this site for a long time and always been paying customers. Now, I know that all of us in China, we know there is an issue with the confirmation number when we want to write emails or posts on the groups. And this issue has been discussed already plenty of times so I don’t want to take the discussion up again.
I want to rant about this website’s customer service completely ignoring customers questions, problems and complaints. At some stage it even looks like NoStrings would not care if they loose long term paying customers. I mean that they don’t care about cheapskates like me does not make me wonder. But customers that have been paying and writing friendly mail to inquire about some issue they are having with this site?

Dear NoStrings,
in the name of all paying customers, cut the cr&# telling your paying customers everything about pop up blockers in different internet programs and simply tell us the only and true reason why we can not see your stupid confirmation number in China. And do something about it instead of letting paying customers wait for month without even being able to reply to mails of their friends. Or at least give them the well known answers to their issues as they have been discussed previously already. Or do you just care about the money and not about the needs of your ? I mean why on earth would somebody be paying for your website if it is not for getting in touch with other members? And then you let them pay merrily, knowing that they can NOT contact other customers?
Well done NoStrings, I am sure you have two more satisfied customer so far..

I had the same problem a few weeks back. The confirmation number wasnt showing up just a 'click to listen'. So i switched my speakers on & clicked to listen....waited & waited & still i waited. Nothing!! The audio confirmation number wasnt working either.

This happend for about 3 days. I didnt bother getting in touch with the site as from previous experience i know they pass the buck with problems & say its our browsers etc. After a few days all was back to normal...so im guessing this same thing is the problem with your area now. Im in the UK so perhaps this error is working its way around the continents week by week.

The site cant manage to fix small problems so why on earth bloggers want the site to allow us to attach music to our blogs is beyond me, imagine the mayhem that would happen if they do.
