RESPECT : WE all NEED to do Better..1st Year Anniversary

Ah McAna, now Chewin the Fat and Still Game are comedy gold, Jack and Victor are classic auld jocks. Also look out for Rab C Nesbitt and Naked Video, they were the fore runners and some of the characters originated there. Certainly the style of comedy did. If ye ever need a translation just ghee'z (usually spelled 'gie's' ) a shout! In fact, I think when Rab C Nesbitt aired in the US it came with sub-titles!!  It's the queen's own scottish ye ken!! In view of the ridiculous and unwarranted hassle you get for trying to go that extra mile on our behalf, a little kindness seems somewhat inadequate in response, it is the least I can do for such a lovely person as you! Happy Weekend Babe  Thank you so much. When I had netflix for the free month I chose to look at UK comedies then found Our Scottish Gold. I did see Rab C Nesbitt & The Limey Show too. I just adored the actors from Chewin The Fat & Still Game..( I am caught up there to season # 8. ) I was so into the shows that I began speaking with a Scottish accent I love the " N'ae Bother " phrase...I kept using it so much Sugar just shook his head and asked me for subtitles when I speak..LOL..I will look for Naked Video..thank you for mentioning it to me. I love to laugh & love great comedians.Thank you dear Friend for your kind words. I just felt as the 1st anniversary approached I needed to touch base and see how far we've come since the initial cyber bullying began. Sad to say we have only taken baby steps but at least we are all trying. I have been receiving messages about others angry that I wrote this blog post. Last time I checked this was MY blog and I was allowed to share MY thoughts & concerns with all as long as I follow the TOU rules. I used the example of the bitchy blogs/baiting titles in reference to the truce/cease fire and that was misconstrued into something else...some people will never give up stirring the poop pot because they are soooooooooooooo anxious to be Important or popular. I still stand where I have always stood..quietly in the corner keeping an eye out for a raised hand that needs help..and there I shall stay..I was here before the wannabe's arrived and will be here long after they fade from memory ..Thank you for always being so kind & such a great friend. I see some things have not change in the blogs. people inflating their own comment count is very dishonest and stupid at the same time. but we know that is how that lady works. she has been doing it for over a year. since the list went to comment count back in July 2016. but her fake profiles been here longer than that. is good that people is talking about. people needs to speak out just to let her know that we know. Hopefully something will change after this post. I will be pushing along with you from here, I promised Will do my best to swing by the blogs again when I have the time.  Online communications always seem to be less respectful than offline ones, which, as you very rightly say, we need to think before we respond to things online. Online we miss the tone, the look and other many things that make offline special!

I was not here a lot when this was going on, but did see some sniping. I am relieved the ceasefire is over and am glad that the bullying and name calling by a particular former blogger no longer clutters the blogs. We have been blessed with a long tradition of top notch comedy talent here, right back to Hector Nicol and Chic Murray, probably even further back to Robert Burns. Very much like the Irish, we've always had the ability not to take ourselves too seriously. Piss-taking is an inherent part of our culture. I reckon there must be some Celt in your ancestry McAna if you're able to enjoy the scottish sense of humour to the full! If you really want to wind yer man there up, start saying things like 'och', 'och aye', 'och aye the noo', 'nae bother big man', 'hawd yer wheesht', 'gawn yersel' big yin'........... I can only guess at the individuals/groups who would be angry at you for posting this. It's saddening that people would behave like that towards you of all people. I expect they're jealous of your friendship with Mr Various, and of your ability to be even-handed and to reach out and help anyone who asks, irrespective of their affiliations. And isn't it sad that we even need to talk about affiliations? Saddest of all my dear wonderful lady is that you have been made to feel bad for only ever doing good. However, I have definitely noticed a lightening of spirits hereabouts since that horrible time last year and since the 'truce', and I've noticed a fair few good new bloggers turning up, and a fair few good old bloggers returning. So please keep the faith gorgeous girl, and ignore the nay sayers and jealous fools. A wise person once told me to keep behaving the way I do, with dignity and respect to those who would merit it, and even those who wouldn't, and let those who would behave badly do so, they will show themselves up for what they are without any help from anyone else. You've done nothing wrong to anyone here, you've only ever done good things, please never forget that. And on that happy note, hurry up and get yer arses over here, I'll get the telly on and the whisky ready. Great, good to know that you are on top of that. cause in the process. she is cheating NoStrings and also cheating all the others bloggers that she calls "friends". that person, the cheating lady, top blogger. I think she was suspended back in April for a few things, I think cheating was one of them. I am sure that if they go back to check her record, they will see the cheating problem is not new. cause it has been reported before. that should help. let me know if you need some help in that matter. I would be more than happy to help. I heard blogs are and have been a little slow, but no for her, she is rocking those comments, with fake profiles of course Happy Tues BABE I have been hearing a lot of complaints about the cursed blog list and the cheating , fake profiles, fake comments etc..and all roads seem to lead in one direction and to 1 blogger. It is such a shame that some folks feel the only way to be # 1 is to cheat. I think of all the bloggers who work so hard on their blogs..to do photos, videos and write very intelligent, fun, sexy posts..and their blogs go un-noticed. It is breaking the TOU rules and shows disrespect to all the hard working bloggers/ members who put 150 % of themselves into their blogs with no recognition. Please feel free to Help out the site & abuse dept. I keep asking all members to send in any evidence of abuse & fraud. I'd been kind and helped a man here on site with some advice and suddenly he wrote to me asking me to meet him on a street in a city near me at 2 am...when I wrote back that I would not be doing that he wrote back in anger telling me what a waste of time I was..I thought about my reply and wrote back with a smile thanking him for letting me know what he truly thought and felt and that I wished him all the best & hoped he would meet some members here and make that connection he was looking for. I have seen 2 attempts on a top female blogger & on another blogger too. What do they have in common ? Same " profile " targets both women and suddenly blocks members from viewing her or the " male profile "account. Isn't that interesting ? What made me smile ? The well said reply to this idiotic troll/cyber bully " members " Thankfully the site can quite easily track the " member " accounts to their original source.PLEASE JUST SAY NO TO CYBER BULLIES.
