Opinion and something to write.
Opinion and something to write. Does anybody ever re-read old blog posts? Other than brand new friends that want to see how my mind works? I suppose that in itself is a good reason to keep them all. I'm possibly cleaning out my blog again. At the very least I'm doing as suggested and copying them elsewhere for... well, to re-read one day when I can look back with only fond memories. Or perhaps to print and burn over an open fire while dancing around and chanting lol. Yeah... the latter image sounds rather enticing at the moment, other than the fact it's so cold out. On the bright side of life: I'm not pregnant. Of course, 18+ years and I've never accidentally gotten pregnant, and no I wasn't always careful... maybe it's a physical impossibility. Who knows. Of 3 female cousins on my Mom's side: Only 1 has ever had a . Does anybody know how premature birth affects ability to have ? I never actually considered that before now. Hope everyone remembered to turn your clocks back an hour! (if daylight savings time applies to you). My computer set itself back 2 hours and totally threw my entire day off. |

I see a new post from someone new and like you said, I look back at your other posts. I want to see if you are a fun person.

I don't keep old posts unless I feel they are note worthy. Very few of those anyway. I hide them for the most part so they are always handy. I don't keep my stuff out there because I tend to write about topical issues and after awhile they are no longer relevant. AB No Bozos

I often use my old blog messages -- not so much here as another one -- as a way to look up when something notable happened, look up the details of something from the past, etc. For example, suppose I'm going on a road trip somewhere, and I can't quite remember the name of a camp ground or hotel where I stopped, just that it was a good stopping place -- or one to avoid. I can go back to my old blog and look up the name. Or suppose I remember something interesting about a movie I saw, but don't remember the title. Using search tools, I can try to look up a keyword related to the film, find my notes about it, and get the title that way.
